History of Best Practice Skills
We are a totally locally owned and operated Northern Territory company.
BPS has been operating in Darwin since February 1998, and under our current banner since July 1999. In 2000 we opened an office in Alice Springs and now provide our services throughout the Northern Territory.
When our business commenced we focussed on only providing "ODCO" Labour hire services, however particularly since 2001 we have steadily broadened the services we offer including recruitment, training and industrial relations services.
This is consistent with our corporate objective of being the "outsourced" HR/IR service for business, particularly those small to medium businesses who cannot justify having their own in house workplace relations specialists.
Towards this objective, we are developing a range of related services necessary to become a "one stop shop" for all matters associated with people in a work environment.
