With the major changes under way in the industrial relations system (see attachment 1 ), many opportunities present themselves, particularly for small to medium enterprises.
Unfortunately, most of those businesses cannot afford to have the necessary expertise in -house to take advantage of this, and generally there is no comprehensive service available to assist them.
BPS now has developed a service, particularly for small to medium enterprises, to have that expertise available to them at an affordable cost. We are developing as a "one stop shop" for all the related services to enable the business to maximise the productivity of their workforce and thereby improve the business profitability.
In providing HR/IR services to clients, our focus is totally on developing systems which will improve workforce productivity and company profitability, provided it meets legislative or regulatory requirements. If any suggestion does not meet these criteria, it will be rejected.
In providing this service, we broadly work in a 4 stage process. These 4 stages are:
- Baseline study of the business as it currently operates
- Negotiation
- Implementation and finalisation
- Follow up and monitor to ensure planned outcomes are achieved
